2. How can I order your products?
1) You send us the purchase order (model number, quantity, shipping address). 2) We make a proforma invoice for the order. 3) You pay 30% deposit or full amount and send us the payment copy. 4) We start production after receiving the payment. 5) We inform you when the order is about to be finished and show you some product photos. 6) You pay all balance and send us the payment copy. 7) We deliver the goods to you after receiving the balance and send you the tracking number/ Airway Bill/ Bill of Lading depending on the shipping method.
3. How are the chandeliers shipped and how long does shipping take?
We will ship the chandeliers by international express (DHL, FedEX, UPS, TNT etc.),
by air or by sea, depending on the quantity or your requirement. By international express takes (door to door service) 5-7 days;
by air takes 7-10 days (you need to collect goods at airport); by sea takes 20-40 days (you need to collect goods at sea port) depending on the shipping address.
4. What is your warranty?
We give 3 years warranty for our products. Details like below: 1) Within 3 months, any damage or missing part during shipping, we will send replacements to you for free. 2) Over 3 months within 1 year, we will send free replacements, but you need to pay shipping cost. 3) Over 1 year within 3 years, you need to pay for both replacements and shipping cost.
5. How to clean the chandeliers?
